The Royal Pavilion restaurant, also known as “皇庭雅聚,” is located at Level 2, 405-411 Sussex Street in Haymarket, right near Chinatown in Sydney.
In 2017, Ms. Sun Wei had a bright idea. She wanted to create a special place where people could enjoy amazing Chinese food and feel like they were in a fancy place. She called it the Royal Pavilion restaurant.
Ms. Sun Wei really loves her traditional family culture, and that’s why she wanted to make sure the food and the place felt just right. She wanted to make it one of the best Chinese restaurants in the world!
Before the Royal Pavilion, Ms. Sun had another cool job. She worked with culture and fashion stuff in Sydney. But then, she realized something important. She saw that lots of people wanted a place where they could eat tasty food and talk about important stuff for their jobs.
So, Ms. Sun had a super-duper idea. She thought, “What if we make 12 special rooms where people can eat and talk? Each room could be different and look really fancy!” And that’s what she did! Each room is a bit different, and they all have nice things in them.
